Circle is an enterprise application for medium and large companies that helps employees who don’t typically work together to connect over lunch.

It allows employees to socialize and form deeper connections with other colleagues, network within the organization and get an opportunity to boost their careers.


Circle started as a project and business strategy pitch at the Master of Digital Media graduate program. As part of the student team assigned to this project, we only had 5 weeks to come up with a deliverable based on a short brief: Create a platform for people over 30 to meet and form new friendships.

Currently, I and two of the original team members are pursuing this as a venture project.

Given that we only had five weeks to come up with a deliverable to be evaluated by faculty, together with another manager, we mapped out a vision and a pipeline that guided the team in prioritizing tasks and reaching milestones within the timeframe. In the end, the team was able to ideate, scope down the problem, design and create an interactive prototype that was tested and iterated based on multiple user feedback.
